Preparing for the transition:
Make sure that everyone is well prepared and indicates which actions still need to be taken to start the Agile transformation. Also make clear which matters still need to be completed in the old way and which can be started in the new, Agile way. Do not let this drag on for too long, because your employers will soon make a hybrid way of working themselves, which makes it extremely difficult to phase out and build the Agile way. Because of this you will have to deal with a transformation within a transformation!
